BUSINESS ACCOUNT. CALLED TO CANCEL ACCOUNT. I PAID THE BALANCE DUE. WAS TOLD NOT UNDER ANY CONTRACT. WAS TOLD ALL EQUIPMENT WAS OBSOLETE AND NO NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING. I GET A CARD FORWARDED TO ME THAT UPS HAD A DELIVERY FROM SPL LOGISTICS THAT WAS SENT BACK BECAUSE THE BUSINESS IS CLOSED. HUGHES CHAT NO HELP...HUGHES CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS ME AFTER 40 MINUTES AND ME SIGNING ON TO GET MY ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT IT WAS FROM THEM (INTERNET TOLD ME IT WAS DUE TO MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS) AND THAT IT WAS A RETURN PACKET TO SEND EQUIPMENT BACK. HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS AN ERROR AND THAT HE MANUALLY TOOK CARE OF THIS AND GAVE ME A CASE NUMBER. I CN CALL AGAIN TOMORROW FOR SOMEONE TO TELL ME IT WAS DONE. ALL OF THIS INSTEAD OF JUST SENDING ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. AT LEAST 3 HOURS OF MY TIME AND THEIR EMPLOYEES TIME AND STILL NO WAY FOR ME TO CONFIRM OTHER THAT WAITING TO SEE IF I GET BILLED FOR THE OBSOLETE EQUIPMENT NOT BEING RETURNED.
