My reset date was the 12th. My wife, nor I, used 30 GB of data in 3 days. I've already talked with your customer service and he is the one who informed me that it was HughesNet who made the mistake. This correspondence (thread) was made for the customers service gentleman's reference. I would like a solution to this issue seeings how I paid my bill for no data, not a wait and see solution.
