I unplugged it and plugged it back it and then tried the new password. It said wrong password try again so i tried the link again to see if it changed and it didnt work so i looked up other ways and i just poked it with a pen like it said

Ive tried i thought i reset it but ive tried both passwords and neither work and ive tried resetting the modem itself. I only have a smartphone no computer.
