This is a concern I have as well. I have made arrangements to have the system installed at my sister's house in a rural area of Oklahoma. I will not be there tomorrow when the installation is scheduled so cannot verify if the system will work adequately to operate the echo I have purchased for my mom. I'm going to reschedule the installation for a time when I can be there to verify that it is indeed working. why would someone be required to pay for a service that obviously does not meet the requirements they had been promised?
