I haven’t been able to retrieve my voicemails. I have them sent to my email and they wont play, I tried going to the portal and they just have a spinning wheel so I can’t retrieve them there either.

My modem has only two lights on wifi and power,I tried a reboot by unpluging it and plugging it back in still nothing.

When you're logged in to myhughesnet at the top of the page there's a my services tab if you hover over it a voice tab pops up click on it (hopefully you've created an acoount for hughes net voice) click on the tab that says "incoming call features" click on "selective call rejection" type in number and hit apply. I use this feature all the time, The scammers just keep changing and spoofing numbers.

I don't have 220 either. If you're going to get a generator you should look into inverter generators they're more expensive but they're easier on fuel consumpition and wont fry your electronics i.e. computers, Tv, etc.

Free gas that's awesome. My wifes uncle has the same deal with the water company. I'll probably be roughing it for quite a while it's hard to get service people to even come out here also the cost may be to rich for my blood ;).

My nieghbor, who's a retired electrician has an extension cord hooked up to a sub panel in his garage looks a little hokey but I guess it works. Me and another nieghbor went over and dug his car out, helped him start his generator, i had to wade through waist deep snow from the street to the side of his house to shut off his main. He's disabled and on oxygen. he left for warmer climates until this latest storm blows over.

A couple other poles snappped up the line so I'm afraid we're last on the list. Lucky I bought a inverter generator before winter. I'm thinking because of all the fires they're going to cut the power at the drop of a hat this summer, PG&E was warning us last year, but never actualy did.

I've always used Firefox and for my search engine I use DuckDuckgo, stupid name but they seem to be into privacy. https://spreadprivacy.com/device-privacy-protection/ On Firefox there is an extension to block Google analytics.

Yeah, my wife had a cat that lived 22 years, same thing, the cat just disappeared one day. My son is going to come visit mothers day, he's going to be bummed out, he really liked that cat.

We just had about 5 deer in our back yard, didn't get a pic though. My wife saw them when she was out calling our cat who went missing, I think it's a goner. She was about 15 and born feral so she was an outside cat.

Is that an OEM replacement battery? I have'nt had good luck with non OEM batteries, the last one I replaced I couldn't get the Macbook to recognize the battery had the same problem with an I pod.

Yeah, my at the time local Goodwill store was kind of clueless to the value. I've found buffalo air stations for $ 5.00. I can't guarantee you'll find the same deals.
