I disagree I have excellent support i called them about the wifi not working a new modem was sent out to me right away. My service has been excellent even after using all my data. Never had a problem with billing.

Have you exceed your primary data? If so that could be why your speed is slowed down.

I have been trying to get the 5g settings to be recognized in my ht2000 modem I have made sure they are active. Nothing I have when i goto wiffi in any of my devices the 5g is not seen. What does it take for it to be recognized.
