I have a question. I changed my billing from auto draw to online payment. I just now went to check on my bill. It says I owe 0 balance, but the invoice says I paid once (true), but it also says I have a new balance due by the 11th of the month. Can someone please enlighten me as to whether I owe or don't owe? When I spoke with a Hughes rep about changing my billing to online payment, they told me not to forget the next bill would be due on the 1st of January.
