My First Billing Cycle
I have a question. I changed my billing from auto draw to online payment. I just now went to check on my bill. It says I owe 0 balance, but the invoice says I paid once (true), but it also says I have a new balance due by the 11th of the month. Can someone please enlighten me as to whether I owe or don't owe? When I spoke with a Hughes rep about changing my billing to online payment, they told me not to forget the next bill would be due on the 1st of January. Hey BirdDog! How are you doing? Do you remember me? Cuddlebug0 is my online now, with Joyce being my actual. I use to chat back and forth with you on the board before we daughters and I moved. Yep...back again. This time, I did not know I had Hughes until I got their first bill...we were under another name at the time. No cable out in the country in this area either. Thank you GabeU. We moved to the other side of our state, and as I wrote this message, I was just settled in and discovered I had Hughes without even realizing I had it here.
