i have been a user of this service for about 7 years and i listened to one to the customer rep and upgrade to the GEN 5 or GEN crap. this company doesn't really have the ability to support the amount of user that are allocated to echo-star 17 and 19 sat. i have been getting slower speeds then the gen 4 and they can seem to get these problem under control. the contract agreement should voided out based on the fact the services being provided is not what they sold to customers. there should not be a need to arbitrate. This company is a good company but lately it seems to be going down because of all the bad service of there system.
