Video buffering, Slow loading web pages and timing out, Data loss
I have had my service just over a month and I went from crappy slow DSL to worse. I can't watch a video withoutit buffering every fewminutes at the lowestresolutionpossible andwebsites will time out. I wasn't out of data at the time and itdoesn't mater the time of day. I have good signalstrength and when I do a speed test it will show 20 Mbps or better. I have alsotried my laptop that is almost new so it is not loaded down with stuff running in the background and I get the same results. I also have somekind ofdata loss with computers and wifiturned off and nothingconnectedto the modem, some daysI will looseclose to1 gig of data within a 12 hour timeperiodwhen no one is home or using the Internet. If I knewSatelliteInternet was going to be this bad I would have kept my DSL, at least I could watch videos without them bufferingwhen it worked.Solved7.6KViews1like12Comments
