Rebate deception
When I signed up, I was told I would get a $300 gift card. I jumped through the hoops, sent in all the required info (which is a huge pain since I don’t have a printer) within the very short window that is allowed. Now that I FINALLY received confirmation it was received, it is saying more info is needed and the rebate is only $100. False advertising. There are federal regulations that prevent this type of business practice from occurring. If this does not get corrected in a timely manner, I will be contacting the Betterbusiness bureau along with the AttyGeneral. The internet service sucks and is expensive. As soon as I have another option, I will never do biz or refer this deceptive company to anyone.
