Can't see data usage details
I used to be able to monitor my current data usage. Ever since upgrading to Fusion 100, I can no longer see it online or in the phone app. When I choose Usage > Usage Details, it shows the following: Usage Details An error occurred while checking your plan data. Contact Customer Care at 866-347-3292 or try to revisit this site again later. (error: 500.02.1019) I called the customer care number a few months ago, and no one could help me. They said it was most likely a temporary problem that will be fixed soon. (It hasn't been.)How can I see my current usage? (I've tried a couple of different browsers.)1.1KViews0likes1Comment
