i am new to posting so maybe making mistakes.
I am trying to set up repair service but your repair service only allows connection by phone.
My land line service is still down and do not hear clearly on phone.
Service repair contacted me by email and I answered them by email explaining problem with phone service and got return email "do not reply with email. So I tried again to explain but their reply was repair service wlll be cancelled in 7 days if I do not phone.
This is so asinine stupid. so as i understand is I will be forced to abandon hughes net after all these years do to not being able to get repairs needed. All these months of paying for quick repair service was not going to happen
