100 dollar gift card rebate

I've sent all the info they requested for the 100 dollar visa card but has been sent back 3 times now,the first two to mes I used screen shots of my pd invoices,the 3rd time I used PDF ,s so there's no confusion,but was sent back again there's no way to talk to anybody at rebates cause the don't answer,so what am I supposed to do?

    The reps on this site can help you figure out what’s going on, but you need to move your post to MyAccount and Billing.  Just copy the info and paste it there.
