How do I update my billing 

Go to 

https://my.hughesnet.com/en/overview 

Login, then check under Billing. 

If there are issues, call the 800 number. 

I don't know if it's possible for you to do so, but you should change your community name. NEVER post your SAN in public, and this community is public. 

If you can't change the name yourself, try messaging KathyVoss on her profile page to request the change.
