Billing question
Yesterday I exchanged emails with a representative over some problems I have been having. They helped me out by sending a technician out and giving me $30 off of my bill for 6 months. My bill is due but the discount isn’t there. Also my 10Gs of data wasn’t applied to my account the last time I checked. Plz could someone help me out?
