cancelled my account, still dont have box to return equipment

been disconnected for two weeks, dont want to get another bill, no box has shown up

    Hello Wayne,

     

    I was able to locate your account and review the cancellation order. Your account is set to fully close on 7/18/17, which will be the day that we send out the return box. The 45 day return period will begin at that time.I hope that I was able to answer your question, please let me know if you need any further assistance.
