Hey gang, found this little nugget......
Midway down the page, EchoStar 19 (Jupiter 2). Of course we all know launch dates are very fluid but the most specific one I've seen so far. Fingers crossed. http://www.spacelaunchinfo.com/launch.h...

Can take at least several months before parked in final orbit and a thorough testing is completed. Trying to remember but I think Jupiter 1 was launched in August and the first customers where in November.
