Payment won't go through on app and website

My payment won't go through on the app or website.  It says backend API is not available or something.  Any clue as to when this will clear up?   Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out! I was unable to find any reports stating there are ongoing issues with the app or website. Have you been able to make your payment since you posted? Our agents are also able to take payments securely at 1-866-347-3292!
