Service call

My slow speed issue was escalated and after a phone call with the rep, he said he was scheduling a sevice call.  There was no discussion of cost.  Am I going to be billed for this?

    Good morning r0ttie1,

     

    Thank you for posting, I can definitely check on this for you. I located your account and see that although you're out of warranty, the phone rep waived the entire cost of the tech visit. I hope that clears things up!
