They don't.
Thanks, trolls who aren't employees but are definitely getting kickbacks.
Once more for the people waaayyy in the back - IT IS STRICTLY THE THROTTLED SPEED I'M TALKING ABOUT.
They can do better. If they can ever do better for anyone who buys a token, they can generally do better on the throttled speed. It's so simple. Confound it however you want.
Everyone on the network doesn't get full speed at the same time?
o rly?
when does your data package refresh, Gabe?
You have no idea what I'm talking about, because you're on constant tokens for post bashing.
But for everyone else it's the first of the month.
I understand the service I signed up for. Yes. It is the only one I can get. There is one competitor, and I'm ready to try them, just to shake things up.

Yes, really.
The 5th. My folks' on the 10th. My cousin's on the 17th.
There's a slogan from a former company that is very fitting for this thread... "An educated consumer is our best customer." IOW, know what you are signing up for before you do. There's zero excuse for buyer's remorse. If HughesNet doesn't fit your needs and you can't get anything else, complain to those who don't offer service rather the one who does, but whose service doesn't work well enough for you.

How about you paid-off "professors" (omg) stop pretending we're only entitled to useful speeds when we "have data" when they advertise UNLIMITED INTERNET*

not sure if you guys are profiting from this or if you just have Stockholme syndrome

Example of false dilemma fallacy.
The answer is outside of your either/or premise: We are simply giving you facts.

He/she doesn't want facts, just things they think are facts. AKA: Alt-facts, based on paranoid delusions. You can't teach people like that because they *know*
everythingnothing.Edit: I would expect no less from people like that on March 4th... 🤪
