New service is terrible.
I've been with Hughes Net for about 10 years. I recently had my router go out, so I'm told. Up until then, my service was pretty solid except for storms. They sent me a new router and now my internet is absolutely terrible! It buffers constantly and is even worse during peak hours. I have called at least five time and the last time spent the better part of an hour on line with a tech who told me that for some reason, "our system can't talk to your router." Was told he was going to forward this up the chain but nothing has happened. Not the best customer service.... Ever...

This area where you posted is for topics about the community -- as in the website itself, and it's for issues related to the actual site, not the service, so you may not get a reply and/or solution from the corporate reps, and they're the ones who can likely fix your issue quickly.
I think you have a very legitimate complaint, and that it should be posted somewhere with higher visibility, so you can get a reply from someone who can do something about this, and more quickly than the phone reps.
I would suggest you post your issue under Tech Support. I hope a rep will reply to you soon and hopefully send you a new modem.
