Rebate still has not shown up!
Has anyone actually received their president's day rebate gift card? I have had internet service for 4 months now and still no gift card! They said I'd for sure have it by the end of May.
I have already done the whole process. Have just been waiting now. Have spoken to many customer service representatives too.
Following the same link you entered your information for the rebate, you should be able to check the status of it being received.
