The worst service, customer service and false advertising. If this is the way it's gonna be I will smear this company all across the metroplex and further. Email goes offline, slow service, constant buffering. Rise Broadband was better...
On the positive side this business model will be untenable in 10 or 15 years. It's getting so cheap to put things in low orbit thanks to SpaceX that Hughesnet and Exede won't be able to compete.
They'll put things in low orbit too. The company's been around far longer than a decade -- they'll do just fine. But given it's a free country and a free marketplace, you're always welcome to go with their competitors.
Could be but they'll still have the same terrible customer service and reputation.
