Post your situation under myAccount and Billing. Explain and provide context, and then wait for one of the Hughesnet corporate reps to reply to you. This section where you posted is specifically about this website, not about the service, so you won't get a reply from the reps here. Only the reps here can make certain account decisions, so you will need to work with them.
