Will it ever be fixed?

The notification popup...  It was working at one time on the test site, before a change was made due to other issue...  Will it ever get fixed, or is there a way to stop the annoying blank popup?

I'll try to catch one, if I can remember it in time to get it.  They disappear pretty quickly.

      Sorry, was at a funeral so couldn't respond... Surprised the avatar showed for you, they don't usually show for me on the latest version of Chrome
