You may think your comment is very knowledgeable but the fact is prices paid are not equaling service! I’m going to another provider as I’m not so rural to put up with crap. Service is a lost concept. My Wife is a professional public speaker with a message to keep people in the product, unfortunately some companies are only “Profits” as the product. Ignore your customers and then wonder why they went away!

My comment is factual.
The price reflects the cost of the technology. The quality of services issue is separate from that and it depends on individual experience.
