False advertising no rebate received
Be careful if applying for service in Warren County, NC. Member since Feb 2026 and service has been in and out. Have reported outages , seemed chat support which hangs up or disconnects after 10 minutes. After waiting for months to receive a rebate as advertised , today I received an email rebate denied without any explanation.
