Wifi extender

I ordered this extender. While it seemed to setup properly (The light sequences and comms from Extender to modem) the extender wiped out the configuration on the Modem/Router requiring onsite tech service to reconfigure. This was quite inconvenient as I live 200 miles north of Green Bay Wisconsin and it took almost 2 weeks to get a tech onsite.
