not happy
I canceled your service yesterday because I am moving. It is bs that you are charging me 280$ this is rediculas and unfair, I have payed no problem but to charge cancellation is wrong and really insures if i need internet in the future it will not be your company. I will definaly not give anyone I know an endorsement

You may not like it, but the Early Termination Fee is clearly spelled out in the Subscriber Agreement and is also part of the disclaimer that is read when someone signs up over the phone, and to which the prospective subscriber must agree in order to complete the sale.
You may also have the option of moving the service to your new location.
