Aha! That explains things. BrowseSec is a VPN and VPNs will definitely reduce your speeds by 50%-70%. Turn VPN off and your speeds should be normal or better.-Liz

I've been running tests on my laptop with it directly connected to the modem, not wirelessly. I've noticed it's been considerably slower for the past several days. No recent updates to devices. This is my latest speed test group:

I was told the same thing a few months ago and never heard back from anyone. Disappointed in Wisconsin.
