Cannot access phone service or E-mail.
Once upon a time I could click on welcome to hughesnet from system control center, log in. And have access to my hughesnet email and phone services. Now it spins up a little, takes my login credential and gives me the 403 error or the error 400 bad request. I cleared the cache, logged in and saw emails for one login, still no access to phone service. All other logins require re-logging on, some demand extra steps. Next day no more email access. What's wrong here? How do I fix it?

I did get phone service back by resetting the password. Thankfully I had a bookmark. But I still can't login through welcome to hughesnet. I can get into email once by clearing the cache, but as soon as I close the browser, next time I try to log into email, I get the error.

Hopefully one of the mods here will reply to you and help you resolve this.

Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this is happening. I can't say I have heard of this type of issue happening before. What I can do is reach out internally to our engineers to see if this is a known issue and if so, what steps we can take to fix it. Please allow some time for me to get a response.
