Best settings for xbox one gaming?

what is the best settings for me to play games on xbox one ?

    It would help to know what settings you're referring to, as in what you're trying to do. 

     

    For reference, real time online gaming does not work well with HughesNet, if it works at all.  The latency is far too high.  Turn based games should be okay, however.
