General discussion section: using message tags

Question

The General Discussion area only allows one label: general discussion is not a support area. This label is there to alert subscribers that the area is not for tech or account support. BUT users can use the even more helpful message tags. Enter pertinent message tags there, and these will help users find related posts across the community.
