New Customer, Not impressed at all.

So for this is the worst internet we’ve ever had, everything buffers, half the time it throws you off, we have to drive into town so my wife can sit at McDonald’s to do her work!  Said we pay what we do and every time we call them it’s the same thing “reset the modem, it’s your phones, it’s your computers etc.”. We called another company and when we told him our speeds he busted out laughing and said that’s typical Hughes Net they think those are great speeds.  Beyond frustrating especially with the high price we pay for crap service.
