Please do not be a victim of lies. Hughes net is very bad, customer service is even worse. Gen 4 for me was great went to gen 5 haven't had a single bit of service since. They will not fix other than doing the standard run through every time. They definitely don't care about customers.

It seems you may have had a bad experience with the company, but you should not generalise from your own experience, as it does not apply to everyone. Many customers have no issues at all with the service.
