What a joke for a company. Service of their equipment is $30. Their customer service cannot understand that where the service address is and the billing address are NOT the same. I have been without internet for 2 months because they cannot get their act together to come to install the upgrade to Gen4. Wish I had gone to another satellite company.
I agree with Bill and the calls should be routed to knowledgeable people right here in the good old US. But, two months? Come on! I would have found a way to get someone to install it if I wanted/needed it a long time before 2 months went by. Sorry but can't help but doubt the truthfulness of the post.
