Amazon Prime will not work. Every time we try to watch something it says something went wrong. We have never had a problem until using HughesNet. Are there fixes for this so we can watch with the internet we pay for?
How are you watching Prime? Is it via a smart TV or another device, or is it via the website, using a browser? If you're using a device, try going to the website and see whether that works. If it works, the problem is not with Prime and you'd have to troubleshoot the devices themselves.
