I use my router login as a way to check my available data and such. However today I've not been able to log into my router at all. Internet seems fine though.

If you haven't tried already, try shutting down the device you're using, then power cycle the modem (unplug it, wait one minute, plug it back in, then wait five minutes). Then start your device and try to access it again.
