Intermittent connection on pc and TV, but good on phone.

My pc and my TV have intermittent connection. Anytime I try to watch TV or do anything on pc the connection cuts out frequently. 

However I Can browse the internet just fine on my phone. 

Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?

When you say it cuts out, do you mean the actual connection WiFi is lost, or that you're experiencing buffering while streaming or watching videos?

Actual connection is lost. 

It is buffering a lot also but mostly in the evening hours.

Ah, okay. Hopefully one of the reps here will be able to help with the connection loss issue. They're usually on Monday thru Friday from about 9AM to 6PM EST, though sometimes they're on later.

Unfortunately, the buffering is almost assuredly the result prime time system congestion. It tends to be most prominent over the weekends, when the highest number of people are trying to stream. Equally unfortunately, there's usually not much you can do to rectify it.
