Internet keeps disconnecting


I just had Hughesnet installed earlier today and it was working at first but it keeps disconnecting to the internet. When it disconnects, I will reset it by unplugging and plugging it back in, and it will work for a while. Maybe like anywhere from 15min to an hour and then it will disconnect again. All the lights appear to be on. The LAN and WiFi flash a bit. The rest don't seem to flash. I would appreciate the help.




Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this. During the first 24 hours of service, you may experience some disconnects as the modem is installing much needed firmware and updates. I would recommend against unplugging the modem, for the first 24 hours, to let everything install correctly. Once this time has passed, we can run remote diagnostics on your equipment to see what the issue may be. I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.  -Damian
