Hello my modem recently powered off and will not turn back on no matter what I try. I have tried multiple outlets and checked all breakers. I would like a replacement modem please ASAP
Have you tried calling the 800 number? I believe they can also send you a new modem. Or you can wait until one of the reps here replies to you. In the meantime, leave the modem plugged in so it can be accessed remotely.
