System light out on HT2000W

 HT2000W system light not lit up all other lights are working. I have unplugged router, check for any obstructions outside around satellite as well as outside coax, everything is fine. Rebooted the system. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING! Can someone, anyone PLEASE HELP?

@Christygood , the reps on this site won't be back until Monday.  You may want to call the 800 number, because those reps can run remote diagnostics and hopefully give you some help.  If they don't/can't, your best bet is to wait until next week, unfortunately.
