usage meter

after 2 days, my usage meter is still at 100%. Am I doing something wrong? I guess I don't understand how it should be reading?

For the first 20 days of your contract, the usage limits are ignored so the system can be fully wrung out.

Ther should be something to that effect in the introduction email that you received.
