Can anyone recommend an Adblocker that is compatible with Windows 7, IE11?

I'm not positive, but I believe AdBlock Plus should work with IE and W7.

GabeU - that is correct. There are now Internet Explorer and Edge ABP available, and can be found on the homepage of their website. It looks like they have really expanded their options!

@Amanda

Though I have Adblock Plus installed in both Edge and IE on my computer, I was more concerned with the OP having Windows 7.  I couldn't find a "supported devices" section on their website, but I'm reasonably sure they would still support it.  There a still a lot of Windows 7 machines out there being used.
