TIDAL HI-FI MUSIC STREAMING NOT WORKING

When using Hughesnet, I cannot download music to my smartphone. Apparently it is blocked. Between 2-8, i would like to use the service to download an album a couple of times a month. I can do this over other wifi connections or my phone data plan, but no Hughesnet. Any idea of why it wont work, only with Hughesnet? I cannot stand mp3 from other steaming music sites and want  the hi-fi service & i pay extra. Please help

Pretty sure it's not port blocked. The only port that's blocked is 25, and that's unsecure smtp email.

It's possible that the DNS is just jammed up. Try rebooting the modem and see if it works.
