Thank you, but that solution, as you say, is for the HT2000W modem which has a builtin wifi router. Her HT1100 is only a satellite modem without wifi which is provided by a separate wifi router. We do suspect some setting, however. Regards - John D for mkclark
Right, but what I mean is that some of the settings suggested, especially the ones concerning the security settings, may help with the iPhone connection issues to the separate router.
She can always try them, and then if they don't make a difference go back to the default settings in the router.
