Private messaging

Is a private message limited to an arbitrary length such as 100 words or 400 characters or is it glitching on me?

Not sure, all the PM's I've sent have been small.

What issues are you having?

I needed to make a private post but now we have private messages. As far as I see, my PM was cut off at slightly under 400 characters when I needed to send 1000.

I just sent you a long PM including graphics.

I got it. What I see is 399 characters and I have no way to reply.

If I select what I can see and copy it, I can paste it all somewhere else and see 2394 characters but no graphics.

I sent the same text back to you by starting a new message. What I'm able to see is I sent yiou the same 399 characters

Ok, I see what goes on. I have to click the message subject in my sent or inbox to expand the message and see all of it including the graphics. Then I can see a reply button as well as delete, friend and ignore buttons.

You aren't alone.  I took me a little searching to figure that out, too.
