Can someone help me figure out where or how to get my account off of auto pay?

I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! If you want to get off autopay, you can call us at 866.347.3292 and ask. You will then be switched over to invoice billing, where you will receive a paper bill every month. Please keep in mind this will incur a $5 monthly fee to be on invoice billing.


Since you've made it to our community, I can take care of the switch for you to save you the phone call.  Please check your private messages in the top right corner of the community page as I will send you a PM with some terms you'll have to agree to before confirming you want the switch.
