The previous owner of my home contacted Hughesnet to change the account name over to me (the new owner of the home).
That was August 2 2018.
Hughesnet has documentation of this conversation but never terminated the account in the previous owner's name.
I did activiate the account in my name but I CANNOT make any changes to the account or service because the previous owner's name is STILL the primary name on the account.
