My due date has always been the 8th/9th of every month, now it says it's the 2nd? The $236.08 was paid May 2nd. It says I'm in a new cycle of 200GB but have no internet??
Thank you for posting and I apologize for the confusion. It appears your account was originally locked by collections. You then paid to reactivate service on 5/2. Your billing due date is still the 9th of every month as well as your data refresh day. Tomorrow your data will reset and your next bill will be due 6/9/2024. -Damian
